Lakers fight for a 2-1 week

On Tuesday, the Lakers played the Houston Rockets traveled to Los Angeles to play the Lakers. Four quarters wasn't enough to decided the final out come of this came. The Lakers ended up pulling off the win in overtime. They won 114-106. Kobe went off to lead the game with a high of 31 points. Kobe yet again carried the Lakers on his back for another win. On Thursday, the all mighty Spurs traveled into town trying to get a win. There mission was successful stealing a win from the Lakers. Old man Parker was the game high scorer with 21 points. I'm impressed  this man can still move as good as he can in his age. Andrew Bynum had a double-double for the Lakers with 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

The Lakers then went on the road trip to take on Chris Paul and the Hornets. Pau Gasol had an outstanding game for the Lakers. He was the game high scorer with 31 points for the night. It is about time this tall Spanish had a good game. The Lakers record after this week is 35-16. The Lakers have a couple of hard games coming up, but hopefully they will be able to keep a steady pace to there third NBA Championship.
